We currently do not accept returns on our products – if you are dissatisfied with our products, please contact us at info@delphisoap.com.

We will be happy to send you a replacement bar of the same or different scent. This will apply once per each customer order.

At this time, we do not offer a refund for any products bearing the Delphi Soap brand. Note: Delphi Soap is not responsible for any product(s) that are purchased through second-hand means that are not official resellers. This includes, but is not limited to private sellers on e-commerce stores such as Amazon and eBay.
